🧾 Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Nattyverse. We truly appreciate your support and want every experience with us to be a great one. While we hope you love your order, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Please take a moment to read our policy carefully so you know exactly how returns and refunds work with us.


1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order — but only for items that are damaged or defective.
To make sure we can process your return smoothly, please keep the following in mind:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item if there’s a problem.

  • You’ll need to provide clear photo or video proof of the damage or defect when submitting your request.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging, with all tags still attached.

  • All returned items are carefully inspected. If an item doesn’t meet these conditions, we may not be able to approve the return.

Please note:

  • We can’t accept returns for change of mind, sizing issues, or preference.

  • Only manufacturing defects or damage that happened before you received the item qualify for returns.


2. Exchanges

We currently don’t offer exchanges. If your item is damaged or defective and your return is approved, you’ll receive a refund. If you’d like the same item again, you can place a new order once your refund is processed.


3. Refunds

Once we receive your return and check the item, we’ll email you with an update.
If your return is approved:

  • Your refund will be sent back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for it to show up in your account (this can vary depending on your payment provider).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in rare cases where we made an error (like sending the wrong item).

If your return isn’t approved, we’ll send the item back to you at your expense.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If something arrives damaged or defective, don’t worry — we’ll make it right.
Just reach out to us at support@thenattyverse.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photo or video evidence clearly showing the damage or defect

Once we review your claim, we’ll get back to you with next steps.


5. How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@thenattyverse.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photo or video proof.

  2. If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the return address and instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely and send it back using a tracked postal service.

  4. Once we receive and inspect it, we’ll let you know the status of your refund.

Important: You’ll be responsible for all return shipping costs, so we recommend using a tracked service to avoid any issues with lost parcels.
