Shipping costs are non-refundable, even if you return a product (except in cases where we send a damaged or defective item).

For EU and AUS orders, All import duties, taxes, and customs fees for international orders are covered by Natty Verse, so you won’t pay anything extra upon delivery. For USA orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not prepaid and you may be charged upon delivery
